Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code)

Pursuant
to article 13 of L.D. 196/2003, we inform you that the personal data
you have provided to our company during our relations or directly
communicated to us during the events we have organized, or otherwise
acquired within the framework of normal corporate activity, including
consultation of sources or public documents or public records, shall be
treated in respect of the current regulations and within the limits
laid down by the law. Our company shall treat your personal data for
civil law, taxation and bookkeeping purposes, administrative management
of the relationship, etc.; fulfilling contractual obligations;
activities related to the relationship, to the communication of new
initiatives and anyway regarding previous relationships. Furnishing
data for performing the aforesaid services is mandatory, since it is
connected to the execution of contracts and regulatory activities
deriving from these relationships. Data treatment is carried out
according to the cited Legislative Decree, either manually or with the
aid of electronic tools and includes, within the limits and conditions
set by Article 11 of L.D. 196/2003, all the operations, or set of
operations, listed under the term "treatment" in the same Decree. Such
treatment of personal data shall strictly respect the confidentiality
and security required by the aforesaid L.D. and shall be based on the
principles of lawfulness and correctness of treatment which our company
has made its own. We may communicate your personal data to: our
controlled or associated companies for communications concerning
matters that regard our relationship only; parties who carry out
activities essential for the execution of the operations or services
covered by our contractual relations, or parties responsible for
performing activities linked to or supporting those our company carries
out for you; public authorities or bodies who have the right or duty to
know about it, whether by regulation, law or Community directive.
<BR> <BR> Article 7 of the legislative decree states that
the interested party possesses specific rights, including those of
obtaining, from the owner of the treatment, confirmation of the
existence of personal data and information regarding him/her and its
disclosure under an intelligible form; the interested party has the
right to know the origin of the personal data and of the data treatment
purposes and methods as well as of the logic followed in the data
treatment and the details identifying the owner and the persons to whom
the data can be communicated; in addition the interested party has the
right to obtain the updating, correction and integration of data, the
cancellation, transformation to anonymity or blocking of data treated
in violation of the law; the interested party can also object, for
legitimate reasons, to the treatment of data regarding him/her and
request its destruction. Pursuant to the aforesaid decree, the owner of
the data treatment is the undersigned company. The person in charge of
the treatment is Vision Plus's Vice President. You may exercise at any time the
rights set forth under article 7 of the aforesaid Legislative Decree
196/2003, including those of knowing the list of persons in charge of
